Adrian “Buddy” King; a household name to those of us that grew up and live here in Central PA. A graduate of William Penn Senior High School, Buddy was a member of the Del-Chords as well as the 60’s famed blue-eyed soul group, The MAGNIFICENT MEN. The MAG MEN were the first all-white group to headline the Apollo Theater in Harlem.

Over the years, Buddy has been dealing with issues of alcohol abuse; to the point where he needed to make a decision; he was not living the kind of life that God prepared him for. Buddy checked himself in to a Christian-centered recovery program. Three months in a treatment program put Buddy back on the road to a comeback. He is sounding better than ever.

His new gospel CD “The Joy of My Heart” includes three traditional Christian hymns and six original compositions. Buddy is very much looking forward to performing his new music, as well as his familiar songs from the Mag Men days.

To purchase the CD or inquire about booking availability, you can reach Buddy at 717-848-3047 or e-mail him at apk7@comcast.net
